These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in The Practitioner’s Blueprint course (“Course”) offered by Khaverdi Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), delivered through the Kajabi platform.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Course, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Course.

1. Course Access & Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and participate in the Course for your personal educational use. You may not share your login information, distribute course materials, or use the content for commercial purposes without express written permission from the Company.

2. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, downloads, worksheets, and tools, is the intellectual property of Holistic Health by Sheila. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any materials from this Course without prior written consent.

3. Payment and No Refund Policy

All payments are final. Because you gain immediate access to proprietary information and course materials, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results from your participation in the Course.

4. Disclaimers

This Course is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, nor is it a substitute for professional healthcare. By enrolling, you agree to use your own judgment and consult a qualified health professional before applying any course content.

The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or professional success as a result of this Course.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the Course if these terms are violated, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing, plagiarism, harassment in community forums, or misuse of the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Course after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Program Access

Enrollment in The Practitioners Blueprint includes access to all program materials, live sessions, and resources for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase/enrollment. After this period, access will expire, and you will no longer be able to view or download program content unless an extension or re-enrollment option is explicitly offered by Khaverdi Ltd. It is your responsibility to make use of the program within the allotted access period.

8. Community Moderator Disclaimer

Our community platform includes Practitioner Moderators who help support discussions and uphold community guidelines. Moderators do not provide medical advice, individualized clinical guidance, or professional services. Their participation is for educational and community support only and should not be interpreted as clinical direction or a substitute for professional care.
